Gary Howell, age 81, of Aurora, passed away Friday, March 24, 2023, at his home. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m., Wednesday, March 29 at the Aurora Cemetery. Pastor Justin Smith will officiate. Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m.

James Heffelfinger, age 85, of Aurora, passed away Monday, March 20, 2023, at Westfield Quality Care. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m.., Saturday, March 25 at the Chapel of Higby-McQuiston Mortuary in Aurora. Pastor Jim Garfield will officiate. Inurnment will be at 2 p.m.

Norma Jeanne Robertshaw, 99, formerly of Giltner, died Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Memorial Community Care in Aurora. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at the United Methodist Church in Giltner with the Pastor Buck Linton-Hendrick and Kathy Uldrich Officiating.

Loveda Proctor, age 92, of Aurora was found March 11, 2023 in Buffalo County, after going missing on January 11, 2023. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 17, 2023 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Aurora.  Rev. Mark Seiker will officiate.

Gordon 'John' Williams

Gordon Lee Williams, 91, of Aurora, formerly of Gothenburg. Gordon Lee (John) Williams was born June 29, 1931, and went to his heavenly home March 12, 2023 in Aurora.  He was the oldest of eight children born to Herbert and Ethel Colkitt Williams.

Bonita 'Bonnie' Wendt
