Tiffanie Jones, age 44, of Aurora, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 23, 2025 at St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island. 
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m.. Tuesday, July 1 at the Presbyterian U.C.C. Pastor Penny Schulz will officiate.   The family invites you to the fairgrounds for lunch following the service.   Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Monday at the church. In lieu flowers, memorials may be made to the family to designate at a later date.   Higby-McQuiston Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. Tiffanie Rae Jones, the daughter of Rick Dobberstein and Sandy Kliewer, was born in Aurora, on March 1, 1981 and passed away in Grand Island, on June 23, 2025, at the age of 44. 
Tiffanie grew up in Aurora and graduated from Aurora High School in 1999.   
Tiffanie began working in the Memorial Hospital kitchen in 1998, she later transferred to Medical Records at the hospital before moving to Medical Records at Memorial Health Clinic.   
Tiffanie attended Presbyterian U.C.C. in Aurora.   She loved attending concerts, sporting events and all Husker events.  Tiffanie was a lover of all things.  She enjoyed animals; caring for her 3 cats and 2 dogs.   Tiffanie was caring, kind, funny, quirky, sometimes silly, but had a beautiful soul.   Tiffanie continued to give even after her death by being an organ donor. 
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Dave and Joyce Kliewer; Gerhard and Irene Dobberstein; aunt, Kathy Dobberstein; aunt, Donna Anderson; uncle, Roger Dobberstein; uncle, Dave Kliewer; cousins, Travis Kliewer and Shelia Howell and step-father, Barney Barngrover.  
Those who remain to cherish her memory are her parents, Sandy Barngrover of Aurora and Rick Dobberstein of York; brother, Jerry Jones of Aurora and fiancé Jessica Mahrt; uncles, Doug (Kathy) Kliewer, Deryl (Deb) Kliewer and Rob (Laurie) Fernau and aunts, Sheryl (Vern) Newman and Shirley Howell.   Tiffanie is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephew, other family and many friends including her MCHI family.
