Roger Liebhart

Roger Liebhart, age 74, of Lincoln, passed away on January 29, 2025.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. on February 13 at the First Christian Church of Aurora. Pastor Penny will officiate. No Visitation. Inurnment will be in the Aurora Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family to designate at a later date. Condolences may be emailed to the family through the mortuary website at www.higbymourtuary.com.
Roger Dean Liebhart, the son of Donald R. and Ruth Irene (Smith) Liebhart, was born at Grand Island, on August 22, 1950 and passed away in Lincoln, on January 29.
Roger attended the Aurora Public School and graduated with the Class of 1969. He worked at several positions in Aurora including Red & White Grocery Store, Bonnavilla Homes, Casey’s and O’Reillys Auto Parts. He worked in Grand Island at Chief Custom Products, Garret Tire, and Skate Island.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters Heather Liebhart (Nickalas Erpelding) of Lincoln and Samantha Liebhart of Shelton; son Nathaniel (Caroline) Liebhart of Hastings; two grandchildren, Colton and Theodore Liebhart; as well as his sister Margie (Michael) Gross; as well as other family members and friends.
