Nebraska Wesleyan men’s golf student-athlete Alex Kubik was named a Division III PING second-team All-American by the Golf Coaches Association of America. Kubik becomes the 18th All-American in program history, the first since 2014, and earned his first career All-American accolade.
In May, Kubik helped NWU to its best finish in the NCAA Championships in more than a decade, placing 14th. Individually, Kubik carded a 296 over four rounds, which included a 67 in the second round, to place in the top  15.
Before the NCAA Tournament, Kubik led the Prairie Wolves to their third consecutive American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) men’s golf title and their third straight NCAA Championships.
