The High Plains Board of Education held a special meeting July 27 to help prepare for the beginning of the 2020/21 school year. “They (the board) adopted a resolution that we are going to start with in-class school at the start of the year,” Supt. Brian Tonniges explained. “They had discussed the mandatory use of masks and HPC has taken a position that they will highly recommend wearing masks.” …
