The Edgerton Explorit Center applied its hands-on learning philosophy to football last week, offering the first-ever Youth Quarterback Academy with a little help from the head Husky and Aurora’s starting quarterback. This week, future kickers are invited to join in the fun.

Campers learn the science behind dogs

People say dogs are a man’s best friend and the Edgerton Dog Science camp not only looked at how participants could train their canine companions but also the science behind it.

Edgerton, 4-H, Extension take aim at high-tech shooting lessons

Nineteen area youth had their sights set on the history of firearms and hunting last week, enjoying a hands-on learning experience while also helping to strengthen a growing partnership between the Edgerton Explorit Center, Hamilton County 4-H and the Nebraska Extension.
