Margaret Tracy

Margaret M. Tracy, age 71 of York, died Saturday, November 28, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born January 18, 1949 to George and Laura (Denison) Fay at Omaha. On February 19, 2000, she was united in marriage to Bruce L. Tracy.
She enjoyed making crafts and was an avid collector of antiques. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandma. Margaret had many occupations, but her greatest joy was to be a mother. She crocheted and collected angels her entire life, and now Heaven has received her as our angel.
Margaret is survived by her husband Bruce of York, sons: Jeffrey (Chrislin) Friesner of Virginia Beach, VA, Michael (Melinda) Friesner of York, and Ryan (Beth) Friesner of Bismarck, North Dakota, daughter Laura (Lucas) Folkers of Lincoln, grandchildren: Kyler (Natalie) Friesner of San Diego, CA, Mackenzie Friesner of Virginia Beach, Racheal Tayag and Rochelle Tayag of Virginia Beach, Caleb Friesner of York, Kelsey Friesner of York, Gavin Friesner of Bismarck, Korbyn Folkers, Rozlin Folkers, and Adilyn Folkers, all of Lincoln,  two great-grandchildren: Jaxson and Landyn Friesner of San Diego, and her sister Susan (Richard) Lots of Minnesota.
She was preceded in death by her parents, infant daughter Sarah, brother Gary Fay, and sister Georgia Fay.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Cremation. No viewing or visitation. Memorials may be directed to the donor’s favorite charity. Condolences may be left for the family at www.metzmortuary.com. Metz Mortuary, York is handling arrangements.
