The 149th version of the Hamilton County Fair looked and felt like none before it, thanks to an ongoing pandemic which limited participation and access.
By Monday, fair organizers were already making plans for the “biggest fair that Hamilton County has ever seen” in 2021, but not before reviewing the successes and challenges of a COVID-era celebration.
