Dear Editor:
With alarm and some shame, I write this ode,
but political motivation makes so much more owed
by local citizens who have no respect and no shame,
parading asinine characterizations when our President came.
Like a young child today they can’t assimilate or know
just why would an adult ever make such a show.
A show that probably mimics may even cause fear,
as a foggy brain awakens and looks into a mirror.
Their conscience must ignore repetition of what they do best,
that’s be loud, sing crazy lyrics, have a stupid sign on your chest.
But enough of the truth, those folks might not understand,
protecting their right to be there, makes a President GRAND.
