Jesse Dean Huebert was born the eldest of three boys, August 14, 1959, to Donald and Margaret Huebert and passed away Saturday, Oct. 3, 2020. Jess moved with his family from his birthplace in Oregon to Henderson at the age of 2, where he would spend his life building a business, a home and family.  Jess married his best friend and love of his life, Sandra in 1981, and together they lovingly raised three children, Laura, Alex, and Audrey. Jess was a dedicated and faithful servant of Christ, and a loving husband, father and grandfather. As a young child working with his father Don, Jess cultivated a love for creating with his hands, eventually building his shop and house. Jess also took joy in restoring and racing vintage motorcycles.
Preceded in death by: father Donald Huebert, father-in-law Richard Regier, mother-in-law Ardith Regier, sisters-in-law LaVonne Smith, Diane Young, and brother-in-law Randy Regier.
Left to cherish his memory: wife Sandra Huebert, children Laura (Justin) Millhouse, Alex Huebert, Audrey (Brad) Rule, grandchildren Olivia, Penelope, Judah, mother Margaret Huebert, brothers Martin (Cindy) Huebert, Hans (Jodi) Huebert plus numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at the Mennonite Buller Cemetery, southeast of Henderson. A memorial service will follow at 2:30 p.m., at the Monroe Evangelical Free Church, Phillips. Visitation will be held from 1-9 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary in Henderson. COVID 19 funeral guidelines will be implemented with spaced seating and masks encouraged. Memorials may be directed to Gideon’s International.
