Mac & cheese challenge nets food for pantry

Enough mac & cheese collected for 828 individual meals

A few weeks ago, with the Thanksgiving season coming up and with the churches’ giving to the Hamilton County Food Pantry having dried up to a dribble, the combined First Christian Church/Presbyterian UCC youth group in Aurora came up with an idea not only to stimulate contributions but to teach a lesson about gratitude in the process.
