Shahn Boss

Shahn Eldon Boss, aged 56, passed away on November 9, 2024, in Grand Island. He was born on June 11, 1968 to Rod and Mary Ann Boss.
Shahn graduated from Hildreth High School in 1986 and furthered his education at Kearney State College. He had a fulfilling career with Syngenta in Phillips for over 29 years, where he was respected and well-liked by his colleagues. Shahn was an avid Husker fan even when they weren’t the easiest to cheer for. He also enjoyed cooking and singing karaoke.
He is survived by his husband, Mike Weber; who were married on May 15, 2015, sons, Jaydn of North Platte and Jason of Chappell; mother, Mary Ann Boss of Sutherland; sisters, Stacey Boss (Paul) of Sutherland, and Andi Boss (Joey) of Greeley, Colorado; mother-in-law Sandy Kothe (Butch Graves) of Blue Hill; father-in-law Ron Kothe (Rochelle) of Wilber; father-in-law David Weber (Robin); sister-in-law Ashley Kothe (Nathan) of Marquette and brother-in-law Tanner Weir (Amber) of Lincoln.
Shahn was a beloved uncle to 11 nieces and nephews, as well as a great-niece and 3 great-nephews, who will miss his presence dearly. Also, many aunts and uncles from many different areas. 
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, both maternal and paternal, and his farther, Rod Boss.
Shahn will be remembered for his kindness, dedication, and the quiet strength he brought to every aspect of his life. 
Funeral arrangements have been made for Thursday, November 14 at 11 a.m. at All Faiths Funeral Home 2929 S Locust, Grand Island.
