Memorial park to be located next to city hall on 3rd St.

    Plans to build a memorial to Hampton area veterans are coming together thanks to the efforts of a group of interested people from that community. Earlier this summer concept art for the memorial park to be installed in a vacant lot just south of the city hall were completed and put on display at the Hampton Fire Barn, and now the group is working on its fundraising strategy. H...
