Hamilton County - Here We Grow puts spotlight on local progress

Subhead

60-page supplement in this week's ANR highlights signs of growth and progress across many sectors of life in Hamilton County.

Body

While gathering ideas and information for this special edition, growth was a recurring theme. You don’t have to look hard to see growth in local business and industry, growth in housing developments, as well as growth in opportunity for long-time local residents and newcomers alike. You’ll find those examples not only in Aurora, but also in Hampton, Giltner, Phillips and Hordville. It’s noteworthy, and newsworthy, to be sure.
It’s been many years since the News-Register staff published a “Progress edition,” but such significant signs of growth and progress convinced us that the time was right. Hoping to reflect the tone of the stories you’ll read in these pages, we raised the bar on this edition itself with a higher grade of paper and full-color reproduction throughout, sending a message that it’s worth your extra time and attention.
We hope you enjoy the stories and photos in this special edition and gain a better perspective of some of the positive things happening at this moment in time. Hamilton County, here we grow -- Indeed!
