    A stubble fire near the border of Hamilton and Clay Counties on Wednesday afternoon burned a large number of acres of corn stubble. Fire crews from several communities including Aurora and Harvard responded and quickly doused the flames with the help of farmers pulling disks. The fire was near the intersection of West 1 and South N Roads.
