Aurora native receives teaching award

Sellers named Nebraska Novice Art Teacher of the Year

    An Aurora native is the winner of this year’s Marvin Spomer Novice Art Teacher of the Year award from the Nebraska Art Teachers Association. Melissa Sellers, a 2016 graduate of Aurora High School, is in her third year of teaching art at Mickle Middle School in Lincoln.
