Young takes job in Falls City to be closer to his family

Chris Young announced last week that he has resigned his position as administrator at Westfield Quality Care in Aurora to accept a similar position at a long-term care facility in Falls City.
Having grown up in that community, Young said the opportunity to be closer to family was not expected, though when it came up he felt compelled to make the move.
“In Falls City, where three of my kids are, they have a facility where the administrator has been there for 22 years and she’s decided to take another opportunity,” Young explained. “Since it’s in the town where my girls are, where my parents are, my sister and her family live, it’s kind of like going home more or less.
