    Storm Class of 2024 celebrates with family, friends -- There was nothing unlucky about the number 13 Saturday as High Plains Community School celebrated its 2024 senior class one last time filled with pomp and circumstance.
    Thirteen Storm seniors received diplomas and joined the vast alumni group that spans several different iterations of school districts and mascots.
