    Gov. Pete Ricketts congratulated the Aurora Housing Development Corp. and other project partners Friday for breaking ground on a 60-unit housing subdivision, due in part to the Rural Workforce Housing Fund. Dirt work has begun on the Streeter Park project, though Friday's ceremony was moved indoors to the Bremer Center due to includement weather. See this week's ANR for details.
