Students reflect on competitions, passion for riding

What started as childhood fun has grown from a hobby into a passion for Jamie Nissen and Adrianna McNeese.
These two ladies have taken their love of horses and riding to the next level as they master the art of competitive riding.
Before either rider was kicking up dust in the arena, they were both beginners who were just finding their place in the world of horses.
“I’ve always grown up just really loving horses,” Nissen reflected. “I had told my mom that I wanted to start riding lessons because I took some camps in the summer so she signed me up at Lazy K in Grand Island.”
