    Oct. 17 was moving day, not for Mitch and Laura Oswald, but for the house they had lived in for years which made its way west to a new location on Gunbarrel Road in Grand Island. Oswald, who said he and his wife built a new home on their property west of Aurora, reported that moving day was delayed several times due to a complex permitting process involving electrical utilities and traffic control.
