No further positive tests found at MCC, East Park still testing

An update announcing East Park Villa and MCC's closure to visitors has been released.
Residents and family members with loved ones at Memorial Community Health’s long-term care facility, Memorial Community Care, as well as East Park Villa, were sent a letter Sunday notifying of a confirmed positive case of a staff member/employee within both facilities’ walls.
Both letters update residents and family members at the facilities that measures are being taken, including testing and continued contact with local and state health officials.
“Memorial Community Health sets high standards for infection control practices and has been vigilant in working to keep COVID-19 out of our nursing home and assisted and independent living facilities,” said Diane Keller, Memorial Community Health CEO.
