Hunter joins News-Register staff

Elizabeth Hunter has joined the Aurora News-Resgister staff as a news reporter.
Hunter has lived in Aurora for most of her life being part of the Husky alumi from the Class of 2019.
She recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree from University of Nebraska-Lincoln with an emphasis towards creative writing and film studies.
She lives in Aurora alongside her parents, Bill and Jennifer, her sisters, Madison and Kaitlyn, and their havenese pup, Molly.
Hunter has a passion for writing stories in the form of screenplays and loves playing the table-top roleplaying game ‘Dungeons & Dragons’ with her friends.
In her new role with the News-Register, Hunter will write ANR news and feature stories, with part of her attention focused on Giltner Public Schools.
