The 4R school district has entered Phase Yellow as of Monday, Oct. 12.

Though Monday’s 4R school board meeting was brief, it included a discussion and comments from administration and Supt. Jody Phillips on the district’s recent transition into its “yellow phase” of COVID-19 operation plans.
“Based off of the plan that we put into place back in August we made the determination that if cases were to rise within the buildings or within our community -- again going back to our priority goal of being in session -- that we would move phases to more of a restrictive phase to protect being in session,” Phillips noted after the meeting. “So that’s what happened.
