Put voter fraud claims to test in court of law

Body

Dear Editor:
My final proposal to Larry Ortega and the Nebraska Voter Accuracy Project is the same challenge I made to another voter fraud conspiracy proponent some months ago. Going from town to town giving your presentations to small groups of like-minded conspiracy theorists is not proof of your contentions and only serves to fan the fires of voter fraud conspiracies which creates unfounded doubt about the integrity of our elections. This only furthers to divide the citizens of our state and of the entire country.
If you remember, lawyers for the previous president claimed to have irrefutable proof of rampant voter fraud, and yet, when these lawyers took their cases to court, didn’t raise those fraud claims in their court proceedings. The reason they didn’t raise these fraud claims in court was because lawyers, more so than the average person, and even more so than ‘rocket scientists’, know that there are significant consequences for lying in court when you are under oath. The previous president’s lawyers lost over 60 cases and no significant examples of voter fraud were ever proven.
So here is my challenge. Making presentations showing what you claim are truths proves nothing. Put your findings into lawsuits challenging the appropriate parties and get your cases into the courts where actual proof can be established. If that happens and your claims are substantiated, I will acknowledge that your information was correct. If it turns out like it did for the previous president’s lawyers, I would hope that a ‘rocket scientist’ would have the integrity to admit his mistake. I will be anxiously awaiting the results of your court cases. However, I will not be holding my breath.
Monte Burger,
