Herbster’s Trump endorsement raises questions
Dear Editor:
The GOP candidates for governor are like peas in a pod. They use words, but essentially say nothing.
Charles Herbster visited Aurora a week ago, outgassing the usual words. One thing that caught my eye in the article about his visit is that “he and his wife accepted Jesus Christ in 1982.” That is very good news, if it were true. Accepting is one thing, but living the life of the acceptance is the important thing. He is proud of Trump’s endorsement to his candidacy. So, therefore, I assume he agrees with Trump’s values?
Trump was having sexual relations with Stormy Daniels, a professional hooker, while his third wife was still in the hospital after giving birth to their son Barron. Are those Herbster values?
Trump would repeatedly go backstage during the Miss Teenage America Pageant at a time when he knew they were undressed while changing from one outfit to another. He is a pervert.
Trump had a long term relationship with Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal while he was married. Does that agree with Herbster’s Christian values?
Trump bragged about grabbing unwilling women by the (slang for female genitalia). Does Herbster want that done to his daughters, sisters, or his wife?
Herbster’s disdain for decent moral values by an endorser removes any consideration of my vote for him.
