Aurora band missing from State Fair

    Dear Editor:
    I am very impressed that there are 55 high school bands from all corners of the state participating in this year’s Nebraska State Fair. However, as a former Aurora High School band member, I find it more than strange that the Huskies are not participating.
    Being in the public eye at every opportunity is good public relations with the taxpayers, as well as being involved in a variety of marching experiences that create lasting memories.
