Stockham resident Delmar Joe Kliewer, 66, passed away, Sunday, June 7, 2020, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  
  Graveside services will be conducted at 10 a.m., Thursday, June 11, 2020, at the Stockham Cemetery in Stockham.  Memorial services will follow at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 11, 2020, at the Stockham Community Church in Stockham, with Pastor Rick Bartek officiating.  Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we ask that you follow the guidelines set by the Department of Health & Human Services at both the graveside service and memorial service by maintaining six feet of distance between parties (6 people to a group) and/or individuals.  A “party” should be understood to include members of a household who live together and therefore may be standing or seated together at the services but should maintain the six feet of social distancing from other parties.  Both services will be live-streamed from Sutton Memorial Chapels Facebook Page.  Visitation will be Wednesday, June 10, 2020, from 1-8 p.m., with the family greeting friends from 5-7 p.m., at Sutton Memorial Chapel in Sutton.  Visitation will be limited to 25 people at a time and follow the proper social distancing measures stated above.
  In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Crooked Creek Gun Club or Fox Hollow Golf Course.

  Delmar Joe Kliewer was born Nov. 5, 1953, at Aurora, to Henry and Agnes (Koop) Kliewer.  He received his education at Henderson High School and furthered his education at Central Community College in Hastings.  He married Fay Oberhauser on June 21, 1975, in Cozad.  Delmar was employed at Van Kirk Brothers Contracting in Sutton.
  Delmar was a member of the Stockham Community Church, Fox Hollow Golf Course, and Crooked Creek Gun Club.
  He is survived by his wife, Fay Kliewer of Stockham; daughter, Krista (Bill) Sisco of Syracuse; son, Matt (Toni) Kliewer of Stockham; grandchildren, Kadyn and Tristan Sisco; Madden, Beckett, Watson and Zoey Kliewer; sister, Deloris (Don) Reinhold of McPherson, KS; brother-in-law, Dennis (Katie) Oberhauser of Hastings; adopted children, Jason Krause of Aurora and Shauna Forbes of Grand Island; and numerous nieces and nephews.
  Delmar was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Agnes Kliewer and sister, Dorothy Walter.
