Staying active during COVID-19 pandemic

Staying healthy while stuck at home, or even just being away from normal routines, might be a challenge for some. Luckily, local health-centered professionals have offered their two cents on just how to keep active and optimistic during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Physical activity has a significant impact on emotional and mental health. It all plays together,” said Sara Sutherland, health enthusiast, certified personal trainer and owner of the Aurora Fitness Center. “Your body is one big machine.
