4R board digs deeper into $2M renovation plan

During last week’s 4R board meeting, further light was shed on the district’s decision to approve the renovation of a number of classroom spaces utilized for performing arts (band and choir) as well as the Aurora High School entrance. Both of the needs reportedly stem from a sheer lack of space for the growing needs of the school and its students.
Some of the board’s members, as well as Supt. Damon McDonald, took time after the board meeting to explain in a bit more depth what is planned under the approximately $2 million price tag, as well as how the board reached its decision. Detailed report in this week's ANR.
