Aurora reflects on state testing scores

Student scores for the Nebraska Student-Centered Assessment System (NSCAS) have officially been released as of October, and reflect positive scores for the 4R district.
Curriculum Director Desiree Teahon took time to reflect on the scoring system, as well as the district’s performance, during last month’s school board meeting. In a later interview she stated that there have actually been no logistical changes to the testing process for this most recent go-around (the 2018-19 testing).
“It was year three of testing the College and Career Ready Standards in English Language Arts (ELA) and it was year two for math,” she said.
