HPC given world-class opportunity to share ag insight

In what was touted as a world-class and highly prestigious opportunity, High Plains Community School FFA leaders hosted the 2019 Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders Friday to showcase their incorporation of agriculture and education.
The Mendela Washington Fellowship is the flagship program of the U.S. government’s Young African Leaders Initiative. The fellowship consists of fellows from all 49 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. This year the University of Nebraska-Lincoln was selected to host a group of 25 African leaders throughout their tour.
