Aurora senior Tristian Kinsey made her college decision official Monday, signing a letter of intent to continue her academic and track and field career at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.

Kinsey has been a staple for the Lady Huskies in the hurdle events since coming into high school. As a junior Kinsey was a runner-up in the 100 high hurdles, running in 15.28, just .02 off the winning time. Kinsey was also part of the 2017 Lady Husky team championship as a sophomore while as a freshman, she finished 6th in the 100 after qualifying in both the 100 and 300.

As of now, Kinsey holds the second best mark in Aurora's all-time 100 hurdles list at 15.28, trailing Taylor Thiele in 2014 clocking in at 15.05. She sits fifth all time in the 300 at 47.28.
