Classical Cow, Classical Cuisine offer new food experiences

For the Huenefeld family traditional organic farming is more than just a job, it is a way of life. What started 32 years ago as certified organic farming has expanding into how they raise their dairy cows.
“Our family adventure began in 2007 when my parents brought the first Jersey to the farm, primarily to provide milk for our family,” Bethany Huenefeld explained. “Quickly, we realized one cow provided far more milk than a few families could consume on a weekly basis. Word began to spread to neighbors and friends, and we began sharing the milk.”
It may have started as only one Jersey cow for their family, but this herd has now expanded to four cows milked twice a day.
