Badura repeats as Class B champ

As the course got tougher, Aurora senior Caleb Badura got better.

Badura was -3 on his final seven holes to finish -2 70 and win his second consecutive Class B individual title Wednesday at Quail Run in Columbus.

The Husky senior shot rounds of 72 and 70 for a two-day score of 142, winning the tournament by 10 strokes.

He is now a four-time state medalist and two-time state champ along with winning the team honors a year ago.

Complete coverage on Badura's victory will be in next week's News-Register.
