‘Great day to be a Husky’

Sunday was a day of pomp and emotional circumstance as the Class of 2018 celebrated one of life’s major milestones -- graduating from Aurora High School.
The Husky gym was filled with family and friends as senior speakers Vanessa Wergin and Kristen McCoy shared their thoughts before the 86 honorees received their diplomas.
“When I think about how being a part of this class makes me feel, a couple of words come to mind,” Wergin began. “Those words are proud and grateful.
