Huskies to host Seward in district final

Aurora's game on Saturday against Seward is fairly simple: win and advance to the state tournament or lose and a trip to Lincoln is out of the question.

Aurora will play Seward Saturday in a boys district final matchup. Tipoff for that game is set for 3 p.m. The Huskies are seeded fifth in Class B while the Bluejays are 12th.

Aurora defeated Seward 58-45 earlier this year. In that game, Aurora built a solid lead in the first half and held a steady double-digit lead in the second half. Henry Penner led the Huskies with 22 points while Baylor Scheierman added 12 and Ian Boerkircher pitched in 11.

Here's how the rest of the Class B district final field shakes out:

No. 16 Holdrege @ No. 1 York

No. 15 Alliance @ No. 2 Omaha Skutt

No. 14 Norris @ No. 3 Platteview
