Cooking with sorghum at the Nebraska State Fair

The first show during the Nebraska State Fair in the Raising Nebraska building, which is focused on teaching the public to better understand and appreciate the advancements, impact and global leadership of Nebraska agriculture, featured sorghum -- teaching about the advantages it has not only for livestock consumption but for humans as well.
Nebraska Grain Sorghum Board executive director Barbara Kliment visited the Raising Nebraska site Aug. 25 to share some of her favorite cooking recipes for interested viewers.
