Drug court changing lives

A 26-year-old Aurora native would be the first to tell you he was a menace to society just 19 months ago.
Luke was addicted to drugs, lived in his car and didn’t trust anyone, including himself. He is a different man today, sober and clean for 19 months as of July 19, and he will tell anyone who listens the reason why -- Drug court.
“I’m a recovering addict and this program introduced me to the tools I needed to live a new life,” Luke told a courtroom full of people last week at the Hamilton County Courthouse.
