Beef -- Is it sustainable for dinner?

Whether it’s animal agriculture or crop agriculture the term sustainability comes up often as something producers should be striving for in their operations.
There is a lot of debate of what sustainability really means and how the term has evolved from its meaning 50 years ago. It used to mean producing more with less and keeping the banker happy, but now it’s all about the animal and all ag-related practices.
