Two men charged in murder conspiracy

Two Nebraska men, one from Aurora and one from Bradshaw, were arrested Feb. 29 in what is being investigated as a murder-for-hire scheme.
The Nebraska State Patrol said Robert S. Honken, 37, of Aurora tried to hire a hit man to kill his estranged wife.
“Complaints have been filed in the county court on Derrick Shirley and Robert Honken,” prosecuting attorney Ross Luzum said Monday.
