City warns that continued misuse of recycling center could end service

Aurora City Councilman Dick Phillips brought attention last week to continued problems with items being dropped off at the city’s recycling center, warning that the issue could result in closure of a much-needed service.
“People need to know that it’s free for their use, but if they aren’t willing to press cardboard and put things in the dumpsters like they are supposed to it could go away,” Phillips said.
