Four Lady Hawks score double-digits in win

The Hampton Lady Hawks met Harvard in their first-round game of the Kenesaw Holiday Tournament Monday afternoon and came away with an easy 61-31 win. Hampton junior Haley Schulze scored eight points before Harvard even knew what was going on. The Lady Hawks built on that lead and held a 30-14 lead at halftime. Sophomore guard Tristin Mason led the team with 16 points while Schulze finished with 12. Junior Tayma Sebek and sophomore Jaime Troester each added 10 for coach Margo LaBrie's squad that improved to 6-1 on the season. They advance to play in the Kenesaw Holiday Tournament championship game tomorrow around 5:30 p.m. against the winner of Kenesaw and Wilcox-Hildreth.
