Huebert scores five touchdowns as Aurora wins 46-27 in Alliance

Playing in the Moutain Time Zone didn't throw off the Huskies' Tobey Huebert Friday night in Alliance. The senior receiver helped his team to a 46-27 win by scoring five touchdowns in a class B tilt out west. Huebert led the team with nine catches for 100 yards and two touchdowns. He also was featured as the goal line back and converted on a couple of toss sweeps out of the I-formation to net two more scores. Huebert also had success in the return game, slicing his way through defenders in the first quarter for another score. Senior QB Jake Kittle threw for 313 yards and two touchdowns while going 18-35 through the air. Senior running back Matt Oswald led the team in rushing with 12 carries for 100 yards. Oswald was a key part late in the game as he killed clock and broke a few long runs. Check this week's edition for a more detailed game story as well as thoughts from head coach Randy Huebert.
