Nadine Jones - May 24, 2009

Nadine Jones, 69, of Aurora died Sunday, May 24, 2009, at Bryan/LGH West in Lincoln.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 29th at Higby-McQuiston Mortuary. Rev. Jim Garfield will officiate. There will be no visitation. Belva Nadine Jones, daughter of James Farley and Dora Winnie Mae (Shadden) Graves, was born at Monroe County, Tenn. on Oct. 9, 1939.
She attended school in Monroe County, Tenn.
She married Dan Jones on Feb. 10, 1962. They lived in Ontario, Calif. and Winnemucca, Nev. before settling in Aurora nine years ago.
She was a member of the Hummel Club for 35 years. She loved reading and working on the family genealogy and ornithology.
Survivors include her husband, Dan of Aurora; three brothers, James (Pauline) Graves of Seymour, Texas, Dee Graves of Central City and Leon (Elaine) Graves of Aurora; sister, Avis Lorene (Bill) Black of Aurora and 14 nieces and nephews and many other family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gilbert Graves.
