Mary E. Peetzke - November 11, 2011

Former Hampton resident Mary E. Peetzke, 98, of Lincoln, died Friday, Nov. 11, 2011.
A celebration of life service was held Monday, Nov. 14 at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Lincoln with Pastor Dennis Hanneman officiating. Graveside services and burial was in the Hampton Cemetery with Pastor James Gruber officiating.
Memorials are directed to the Hampton Cemetery Association or the donor’s choice in care of the family.
Mary E. Peetzke was born Aug. 8, 1913 in Pittsfield, Ill.
She married William G. “Bill” Peetzke on April 25, 1943 in Hampton. She was a lifelong member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church and Ladies Aid in Hampton.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy Berggren and Harlan Weingart of Portland, Ore. and Sue and Paul Ochsner of Omaha; grandsons and their wives, Scott and Sarah Berggren of Portland, Ore., Steve and Jessette Berggren of Omaha, Andy and Deidre Ochsner of Omaha, Chris Ochsner and finance Reese Pepper of Alexandria, Va.; three great-granddaughters, Alexis and Delaney Ochsner and Lilly Berggren; nieces and nephews.
