Lois Miller - May 21, 2011

Lois (Dadey) Miller, 67, of Queen Creek, Ariz., formerly of Grand Island, died Saturday, May 21, 2011 at the Lund Hospice Center, Gilbert, Ariz.
A memorial service was May 28 at the family home. Cremation was requested and interment will be at a later date.
Mrs. Miller was born Dec. 16, 1943 at Grand Island to Johanna (Larsen) and Harold Dadey.
Lois was raised and attended school in Phillips. She worked at the Commercial and First National banks and later at banks in the Los Angeles and Phoenix areas.
She was united in marriage to Dale Miller on Nov. 24, 1963. She was passionate about family, reading and HGTV.
Survivors of the immediate family include her husband, Dale; two sons, Dave (Vanessa) Miller of Queen Creek and Todd (Joyce) Miller of Scottsdale, Ariz.; two sisters, Norma (Dadey) Perkins-Bailey and Bill Bailey and Marilyn (Dadey) and Joe Lahowitz; and a brother, Gary (Marla) Dadey, all of Grand Island, and brother-in-law, John (Pat) Miller and sister-in-law Jeanette Ulmer from Pawnee City. Additional survivors include three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, all from the Phoenix area, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a young son, Gary Russell and brother-in-law, Bill Miller.
