Former Giltner resident Bob D. Hawthorne, 86, of Hastings, died of cancer on Sunday, Aug. 8, 2010, at his home
Graveside services will be Wednesday, Aug. 11, at 9:30 a.m. at Giltner Cemetery. Memorial services will follow at 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, Hastings with Rev. Alan Davis officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, Aug. 10, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with family present from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the First United Methodist Church building project or Duncan Field project. Condolences may be sent to www.lbvfh.com.
