Deloris Pretzer - September 20, 2009

Delores Delferna (Reinwald) Pretzer, 77, of Beatrice, mother of Aurora resident Kathy Ramsour, died on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009, at Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center, Beatrice.
Funeral services were Thursday, Sept. 24 at the Harman-Wright Mortuary Chapel, Beatrice with Rev. Larry Ramsey officiating. Burial was in the Evergreen Home Cemetery, Beatrice.
She was born on July 30, 1932, at Plymouth to Conrad and Elizabeth (Thompson) Reinwald. She lived in Plymouth until she was 12 and then she moved to Beatrice and has lived here since then. She graduated from Beatrice High School in 1949.
She married Lloyd E. Pretzer on April 27, 1952 at Centenary United Methodist Church, Beatrice. She helped on the farm. She was the secretary to the president of Store Kraft for three years.
She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church, also was a member of Eagles, served as a Sunday school teacher, served on the funeral committee, and was a member of Riverside Extension Club. She enjoyed bowling, and especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Lloyd Pretzer of Beatrice; daughter, Kathy (Bruce) Ramsour of Aurora; sons, Mark (Kathy) Pretzer of Beatrice, Keith Pretzer of Hanover, Germany; grandchildren, Melissa (Jim) Cody of Morse Bluff,, Stephanie (Jesse) Vadnais of Lincoln, Josh Pretzer of Lincoln and Gemma Pretzer of Beatrice.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Conrad and Elizabeth (Thompson) Reinwald; brothers, Merlin Reinwald and Wallace Reinwald; sisters, Evelyn Niemeth and Gladys Counsell.
A memorial is established to Parkview Center activities fund with the mortuary in charge. A register book is also available online at www.harmanwrightmortuary.com for messages of condolence.
