Arleen Loniello - December 31, 1969

Former Bradshaw resident Arleen LaVern Loniello, 85, died Monday, Aug. 14, 2009.
Funeral services were held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Madison, Wisc. on Wednesday, Aug. 19.
She was born April 2, 1924 in Bradshaw to Harold and Verna (Kohtz) Dobberstien. She was baptized on April 27, 1924. She attended grade school at Lone Tree, District 74 in York County. She was confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church where she became a member in 1937. In 1941, they moved to Madison, Wisc.
She married Vernon Torbleau in 1942. The couple later divorced. In the late 1940s, she worked for the Bob White Candy Company where she met Joe Loniello, and they were married on April 12, 1958. She worked for the Wisconsin Power and Light Company, now Alliant Energy, for 36 years. She was always devoted to her job at WP and L. Her husband died June 16, 2004. They enjoyed family, shopping and fishing trips and visiting many of the states in the U.S.
Survivors include is her children, Tom Torbleau and Sue Groskreutz; five grandchildren and their families, Tracy (Bill) Beck, Karla Bomkamp, Jay (Tammy) Torbleau, Joe Torbleau, and Jared (Heidi) Torbleau; 10 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; daughter-in-law, Karen K. Torbleau; and son-in-law, Bob Groskreutz.
